2. Requesting a Return

To request a return:

Provide order details and reason for the request

We review all return inquiries individually

3. Conditions

Returns may be approved if:

The product arrived damaged

The wrong item was received

A manufacturing defect is present

We may require photos or proof to validate the claim.

4. Refund Processing

If approved:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as determined by Sanity of Society

Shipping fees may not be refundable

Customer may be responsible for return shipping unless the error was ours
